We provide a limited warranty on our water purifiers and related products (the “Products”) against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Period

The warranty period for our Products varies depending on the product category:

– Residential Water Purifiers: 1 year from the date of installation
– Commercial Water Purifiers: 1 year from the date of installation
– Water Filters and Accessories: 6 months from the date of purchase

Warranty Conditions

To be eligible for warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:

– The Product must be purchased from an authorized Shreenath RO dealer or directly from our website.
– The Product must be installed and maintained in accordance with our instructions and guidelines.
– The Product must not have been tampered with, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized Shreenath RO service technician.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

– Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accident
– Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance
– Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, floods, or earthquakes
– Consumable parts such as filters, membranes, and UV lamps
– Normal wear and tear

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this Warranty Policy shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
